Tim’s business development training has brought him into the financial arena, giving him keen insights in understanding the strong differences of selling financial services versus a widget or a product. He understands long sales cycles, and relates his training to incorporate salespeople that are not transactional, but have long, complicated, drawn out multiple levels within their sales cycle. His strategies and techniques are not your typical, everyday run-of-the-mill. His philosophy wraps around the premise of a prospect pulling us into the process instead of the salesperson pushing and pressuring in the sales call.

Experiences at the top physician recruitment firm

In 1989 Tim was the Chief Marketing Officer of the top physician recruitment firm, Harris Kovacs Alderman. He dealt with thousands of healthcare facilities across the US. From coast-to-coast he had keen insights working with professionals within major national healthcare consortiums such as HealthTrust, Quorum, Ascension Healthcare System, Baptist Health System, HealthSouth, to major medical institutions like The Mayo Clinic, Boston’s Women’s & Children’s Hospital, Atlanta’s Grady Hospital and Emory University, and Houston’s Memorial Healthcare System. Prior to his company’s sale, HKA had grown to a staff of over 100 employees, with offices in Dallas, Atlanta, Indianapolis & Phoenix. And, As the President of CompuSearch, a division of HKA (a consulting & contract services company for IT professionals) his clients included BellSouth, GTE, and Lockheed Martin.

Tim’s training involves calling at the highest level within companies and organizations. The major account development team at Bellsouth; the enterprise network software division at SAP America (where their average sale ranges in the $3-4 million, with a close cycle of 1 year); The BankersBank (one of the largest companies in the US to call on banks); Bay National Bank, Nexity Bank, Atlanta Business Bank, Chase, BankersSystem, Intercept, BankersDashboard. Tim's expertise has been involved in several successful mergers and acquisitions, both personally and on a consulting basis.

Tim's Role as President & CEO

As President & CEO, Tim has successfully taken his experience and knowledge of business development, training, and management consulting to clients of large corporations such as MSI, Delta Medical, Kforce, FedComm, National Data Corp., Novient, CompuWare, Southern Company Energy Solutions, Sprint eSolutions, Johnson Controls, Abacus Solutions, Merrill Lynch, Greenway Medical Technology, TRC Staffing, as well as small start-up companies like Reach Technolgies, NHAI, Notiva, CashTransactions, and more .

Personal Life

Tim is originally from Charleston, SC and has resided in Atlanta for over 25 years. He received his Degree from Georgia Southern College and is an avid golfer, sports fanatic, and marathon runner, and most recently qualified in Georgia to participate in the Sr. Olympics held in Houston, TX July 2011 in the cycling event.
